Beware, The Snowman

He's got a heart of cold!

This book is another truly terrifying tale, which will keep you away from wanting to move into any remote small villages where it snows, possibly forever...

Brief Description

In this book we follow the life of Jaclyn, who is forced to move with her aunt Greta from Chicago to Sherpia, a tiny village on the edge of the Arctic Circle.

Aka Nowheresville, acordding to Jaclyn.

Strange howling noises, creepy snowmen outside every house with a wicked, cruel, evil smile and an ugly scar on their faces, you'd be crazy to not suspect something odd is happening...

Conclusion

This was one of the first Goosebumps books I'd ever read, and to say the least, growing up it was my all time favourite. Therefore it would feel wrong not to award this book the #2 spot on my top 3 list of Best Goosebumps Books of all time.

Although many may think a story about a snowman is not scary, R. L. Stine found a way to keep 12 year old me at the edge of my seat when reading this fantastic short story.

With such amazing sensory descriptions and smart infultrating of plot through small details, this book will always hold a special place on my bookshelf.
